Add machines to a room
Version note: This video was recorded in GMS v1.1.10 beta 6. Newer versions may show Room Hardware → Machines and may support batch machine-type assignment.
New-room workflow bulk-creates washer and dryer rows, then assigns compatible machine types.

Walkthrough
- Select new Location.
- Open GPay Machines. New room initially has no rows.
- Select Add GPay Machines.
- Enter number of washers and dryers.
- Create rows. Recording example creates washer identifiers W1 through W10.
- For each row, select compatible machine type. Washer rows filter list to washer-related options; dryer rows should likewise restrict choices.
- Review counts, identifiers, and types before saving.
- Continue with Bluetooth association and profile assignment using current room-configuration process.

Recording presents batch type assignment as planned work. Newer GMS versions may provide Type (Batch assign). If this option is unavailable, assign machine types per row.
Verification
- Reconcile entered counts with physical room inventory.
- Check numbering order against machine labels.
- Confirm each type matches physical washer/dryer model.
- Complete Bluetooth and profile association before deployment.

At new location, open GPay Machines; room has none. Add GPay Machines and enter washer/dryer counts. GMS creates rows such as W1 through W10. Fill machine types; washer identifiers only allow washer-related types. Recording describes future top-level type selection that would fill list automatically, but demonstrated screen still uses row-level selection.
