Understand account and location reports

Version note: This video was recorded in GMS v1.1.10 beta 6 and uses the label GPay Reports. Current GMS uses Reports & Analytics at account level and Reports & Incidents at location level.

GMS provides reports at two scopes. Account reports combine activity from locations under the selected account. Location reports focus on one selected location and include more detailed user and machine choices.

Reports can be opened at account or location level. Every report begins with a time period. Usage reports describe machine activity, funding reports describe value added to user balances, and coin collection reports describe recorded collection events. Account reports combine information from locations under that account, while location reports focus on one location.
