Generate location user and machine reports

Version note: This video was recorded in GMS v1.1.10 beta 6. Current GMS places location reports under Reports & Incidents. For a selected machine, the current machine-specific option is Event Detail; for a selected mobile user, it is Individual.

Location reports focus on one location. Use the mobile user and machine selectors when you need detail for a specific user or machine.

Open location reports

1. Select the required Location.
2. Open Reports & Incidents, then Reports.
3. Set the Begin Date and End Date.
4. Confirm the available output Format.

Generate a report for one mobile user

1. Under Funding Reports, choose the user from E-mail Address.
2. Select Individual.
3. Open or download the generated report when prompted.

Generate a report for one machine

1. Under Machine Reports, choose the machine from Machine Name.
2. Select Event Detail.
3. Open or download the generated report when prompted.

For collection information covering the location, use Machine Coin Collection Summary or Machine Coin Collection Detail under Coin Collection Reports.

Verification

• Confirm the selected location, user or machine, and date range.
• Confirm the report identifies the expected subject.
• Use the account-level reports when you need totals across multiple locations.
