Generate an account coin collection summary

Generate a machine coin collection summary to review recorded cash-removal events across locations under one account.

Walkthrough
- Select the required Account.
- Open Reports & Analytics, then Reports.
- Set the Begin Date and End Date.
- Confirm the available output Format.
- Under Coin Collection Reports, select Machine Coin Collection Summary.
- Open or download the generated report when prompted.
Read the report
The recording’s report lists the machine, location, collection date and time, action, and recorded amount, followed by a total. A zero amount can represent a collection event recorded when no cash amount was available.
Verification
- Confirm the account and reporting period.
- Compare collection events with your organization’s collection records.
- Review repeated or zero-value events before relying on the report total.

Select the account, reporting period, and coin collection summary. Because this is an account report, it includes collection events from locations under that account. Each row identifies the machine and collection event. The total shows the recorded amount for the selected period.
