Generate an account mobile user funding summary
Version note: This video was recorded in GMS v1.1.10 beta 6. Its Funding Summary is now available as Mobile User Summary under account Reports & Analytics. Report layout may differ.
Generate a mobile user funding summary to review value added to user balances across locations under one account. Funding is value added to balances; usage is value spent on services.

Walkthrough
- Select the required Account.
- Open Reports & Analytics, then Reports.
- Set the Begin Date and End Date.
- Confirm the available output Format.
- Under Funding Reports, select Mobile User Summary.
- Open or download the generated report when prompted.
Read the report
The recording’s report groups funding by mobile user and location. It includes the total funded amount, payment count, average funding amount, largest funding amount, and report totals. Current fields may vary by report version.
Verification
- Confirm the account and reporting period.
- Confirm expected locations and users appear.
- Compare unusual totals or funding patterns with supporting transaction records.
