Generate an account machine usage summary
Version note: This video was recorded in GMS v1.1.10 beta 6. Its Summary report is now available as Machine Rolled-up Summary under account Reports & Analytics. Report layout may differ.
Generate an account machine usage summary to review machine activity across locations under one account for a selected period.

Walkthrough
- Select the required Account.
- Open Reports & Analytics, then Reports.
- Set the Begin Date and End Date.
- Confirm the available output Format.
- Under Usage Reports, select Machine Rolled-up Summary.
- Open or download the generated report when prompted.
Read the report
The recording’s report identifies machines and locations, separates mobile and cash activity, and provides transaction and value totals. Use the totals to review the selected account and reporting period. Current fields may vary with enabled payment methods and report version.
Verification
- Confirm the account and date range shown in the report.
- Check that expected locations and machines are included.
- Investigate missing or unexpected activity before using the totals for reconciliation.

Select an account, open its reports, and choose a reasonable date range. Run the account summary and open the generated PDF. The report lists devices by location, shows mobile and cash activity, and provides per-machine and account totals for the reporting period.
