Configure customer settings
Version note: This video was recorded in GMS v1.1.10 beta 6. Newer versions may use expanded labels for payment-provider fields. Enter only credentials issued for your organization.
Customer Settings stores customer identity, timezone, notes, payment-provider credentials, and virtual-card amount at system level.

Walkthrough
- At System level, open Settings, then Customer Settings.

- Add optional Notes.
- Select correct Time Zone.
- Select supported Payment Provider. Demo shows one EVO option and describes future providers as roadmap, not demonstrated capability.
- Enter provider-issued Merchant Code and Auth Key.
- Set Virtual Card Amount. Demo uses $5 only as example.
- Review values, then select Save.
Field summary

| Time Zone | Customer-local time behavior | Confirm before reporting or scheduling. |
| Payment Provider | Payment integration selection | Choose only provisioned provider. |
| Merchant Code / Auth Key | Provider credentials | Treat as secrets; restrict access. |
| Virtual Card Amount | Configured virtual-card value | Use the value configured for your organization, not the demo value. |
Verification
- Re-open settings and confirm saved values.

- Test payment configuration using the non-production process supplied by your payment provider or Greenwald support.
- Store credential ownership and rotation details in your organization's secure credential-management system, not in free-form Notes.
