Start and monitor a laundry cycle

Recorded interface: Video shows GPay v1.0.63-dev. Current Greenwald Pay screens, labels, payment options, and available features may differ. Follow options displayed by your installed app and instructions posted at your laundry location.

Select the physical machine you loaded, confirm the cycle, and use Greenwald Pay to start and monitor it.

Walkthrough

1. Open Machines and select the exact machine number shown on the physical washer or dryer.
2. Confirm the app shows the intended machine.
3. Load laundry and prepare the machine.
4. Select the desired cycle on the machine when required.
5. Follow the app prompt and confirm the start.
6. Wait until the physical machine starts before leaving.
7. Review remaining time in the app.
8. For dryers, use an available add-time or top-off option only after reviewing added cost.
9. Return later and reopen the app; active cycle status should resume when connectivity is available.
10. Confirm cycle completion before unloading.

Verify physical start: App confirmation alone is not enough. Confirm drum or cycle begins on selected physical machine before leaving.

If machine does not start

• Do not repeatedly confirm payment.
• Check machine number and status.
• Review account activity for charge.
• Use available problem-reporting or refund option, or contact location operator.
