Record a coin collection
Recorded interface: Video shows GPay v1.0.63-dev. Current Greenwald Pay screens, labels, payment options, and available features may differ. Follow options displayed by your installed app and instructions posted at your laundry location.
A collection record adds a dated, attributed marker to transaction history. Reports can then calculate coin activity between collection points more accurately.

Why collection points matter
Coins may enter a machine immediately before or after collection. A collection point records when collection occurred and who recorded it, allowing collection reports to compare one point with the next. Without a recorded point, hourly transaction reports provide estimates but cannot identify the exact physical collection boundary.
Cash handling: App record does not replace required counting, custody, reconciliation, deposit, or discrepancy procedures.

Collect works with devices advertising in the room. Select machines included in the collection and create a timestamped collection point. This marker identifies when and by whom collection occurred, improving reports that compare activity between collection points.
