Walkthrough

  1. Stop using the affected machine when operation is unsafe or uncertain.
  2. Record machine number shown on its physical label.
  3. Check account activity for any charge.
  4. Open the affected machine, Help, Support, or problem-reporting option available in your current app.
  5. Describe what happened and include charge amount, time, and displayed error when requested.
  6. Submit once and save confirmation.
  7. Follow refund instructions separately when payment was taken.
  8. If no reporting option appears, contact the location operator using posted support information.

Recording limitation: Video explains planned service-call behavior but does not show a working screen. Current Greenwald product information lists machine-problem reporting, but exact steps vary by app version and location.

Do not use machine when

  • Water, smoke, burning smell, damaged wiring, or another safety concern is present.
  • Machine is marked out of service.
  • App and physical machine identities do not match.

The recording describes a future service-call workflow intended to mark a failed machine out of service and notify configured contacts. Because no screen is demonstrated, use current app Help or machine-problem reporting when available, or contact the location operator.
