Quick answers for Greenwald Pay registration and sign-in problems.

Where is my registration code?

Registration code should be posted in laundry room. Contact building or laundry-room manager when signage is missing.

Fastest setup: download, install, and register while physically in laundry room. App can detect location automatically.

I did not receive confirmation email

  1. Check email address for typing errors.
  2. Check spam or junk folder.
  3. Select Get password help.
  4. Enter correct email address and follow reset/confirmation message.

I cannot see text while typing

On iPhone, turn off Dark Mode temporarily. Dark Mode can make fields difficult to read.
