- Open Greenwald Pay.
- Select Status in bottom navigation.
- Review active machines and remaining time.
- Review recently completed cycles.
- Match machine number before returning to unload laundry.
- Refresh the app when status appears stale and verify physical machine directly.
Status focuses on recent activity. Older completed cycles move to account history rather than remaining indefinitely on Status.
Connectivity: Remaining time and updates require phone connectivity. Always confirm completion at physical machine.
