Create a Greenwald Pay account

Create a Greenwald Pay account before adding funds or starting laundry. Registration connects the account to the correct laundry location.

Walkthrough

  1. Install Greenwald Pay from Google Play or the Apple App Store.
  2. Open the app and select Sign up.
  3. Enter the requested email address, password, password confirmation, and phone number.
  4. If you are in the laundry room, allow the app to detect the location when prompted.
  5. If you are away from the room, enter the location’s registration ID supplied by the location owner or displayed in the laundry room.
  6. Review the privacy notice and terms presented by the current app.
  7. Submit registration and follow any verification prompts.
  8. Sign in and confirm the correct laundry location appears before adding funds.

Check location before payment: Registration ID links your account to a laundry location. If the wrong location appears, stop and contact the location operator before adding funds.

Account balance note

Greenwald Pay balance is separate from any laundry-card balance. Card balances are not transferred automatically to the mobile-app account.

New users install Greenwald Pay, select Sign up, and enter their account information. When registering inside the laundry room, the app can detect the location. When registering elsewhere, use the registration ID supplied by the laundry operator or posted at the location. Confirm the correct location before loading funds.
