How do I add funds?
Use Add Funds in Greenwald Pay. Review amount and payment method before confirming.
Machine charged me but did not start
Review affected transaction in account activity and use available refund/request-help option. Provide machine label and transaction details.
How do I report broken machine?
Use Report Issue or service-request option in Greenwald Pay. Select correct machine label and describe leak, cycle failure, or other problem.
Can physical laundry-card balance move into app?
No. Physical laundry-card balance and Greenwald Pay account balance are separate and cannot be merged or transferred.
