History provides a quick view of recent funding and laundry transactions.

Walkthrough

1. Open Greenwald Pay.
2. Select History or Account activity.
3. Review recent entries in date order.
4. Check machine vends, added funds, refunds, or other listed account events.
5. Compare amount, time, and machine number with your records.
6. Use support options when an entry is missing, duplicated, or unfamiliar.

For a transaction question

Record account email, date and time, amount, machine number, location, and any payment confirmation. Do not include full payment-card number in ordinary support messages.
