Find an available machine

Use the Machines area to view laundry equipment associated with your current location.

Walkthrough
- Sign in and confirm the correct laundry location.
- From Home, select Use machines, or select Machines in bottom navigation.
- Review the machine list.
- Use washer or dryer filters when available.
- Match machine number in the app to label on the physical machine.
- Check availability before loading laundry or starting payment.
If expected machines do not appear
- Confirm your account is linked to the correct location.
- Check phone network connection.
- Refresh or reopen Machines.
- Contact the location operator when physical and displayed machine lists do not match.
