Generate an account coin collection summary

Generate a machine coin collection summary to review recorded cash-removal events across locations under one account.

Walkthrough

1. Select the required Account.
2. Open Reports & Analytics, then Reports.
3. Set the Begin Date and End Date.
4. Confirm the available output Format.
5. Under Coin Collection Reports, select Machine Coin Collection Summary.
6. Open or download the generated report when prompted.

Read the report

The report shows machine, location, collection date and time, and recorded amount. An amount of zero may mean a collection was recorded without a cash amount.

Check your changes

• Confirm the account and reporting period.
• Compare collection events with your organization’s collection records.
• Review repeated or zero-value events before relying on the report total.
