Configure customer settings
Disclaimer: Navigation, labels, and available products may differ in newer versions.
Customer Settings stores customer identity, timezone, notes, payment-provider credentials, and virtual-card amount at system level.

Walkthrough
- At System level, open Settings, then Customer Settings.
- Enter the customer Name.
- Add optional Notes.
- Select correct Time Zone.
- Select the payment provider enabled for your organization.
- Enter provider-issued Merchant Code and Auth Key.
- Set Virtual Card Amount to the value provided for your organization.
- Review values, then select Save.

Check your changes
- Re-open settings and confirm saved values.
- Verify timezone-dependent behavior.
- Follow your payment provider or Greenwald support instructions to check payment settings.
- Store credential ownership and rotation details in your organization's secure credential-management system, not in free-form Notes.
